There are so many benefits to getting your windows tinted especially for your kids. Those harmful UV rays, hot seats from the beating sun, that bright glare and most of all safety of keeping the glass together (if for some terrible reason it should break). So if you thought tinting your car isn't a priority for you think about your kids and how it would benefit them!

So the other day i was trying to explain to my 4 yr old son what I do at work. I told him that I tint windows on cars and he of coarse didn't know what that meant. So as an example I told him, "You know when your in the car, the suns is in your eyes and you roll the window up? That's tint on the window so the sun isn't so bright and its not so hot on your skin." He says to me in his little voice, "I like tint."

This is a helpful overview — many parents don’t realize how much midday sun in a vehicle can contribute to discomfort, skin exposure, and even interior damage. One point I’d add: combining window tint with ergonomic interior support (good lumbar cushions, seat alignment gear) can make long drives safer and more comfortable for children. When kids are seated properly and shielded from UV & heat, the overall ride experience improves significantly. Thanks for writing this.
